ประกาศถึงผู้สมัครทุกท่าน

ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า กระบวนการตรวจสอบใบรับรองเทียบวุฒิการศึกษาและใบเทียบผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยสะสม (Equivalence Certificate และ GPAX Equivalence Certificate) ของ HSCES ใช้เวลาประมาณ 1–7 วันทำการ จึงจะแล้วเสร็จ (1-3 วันทำการ สำหรับ Provisional Certificate)

ทั้งนี้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนมาตรฐานของหน่วยงาน ไม่มีการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมเพื่อเร่งรัดกระบวนการตรวจสอบวุฒิการศึกษาแต่อย่างใด

ผู้สมัครโปรดวางแผนล่วงหน้าและเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นให้ครบถ้วน เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงผลกระทบต่อระยะเวลาในการยื่นใบสมัคร

Announcement to All Applicants

Please be informed that the verification process for the Equivalence Certificate and GPAX Equivalence Certificate conducted by HSCES generally takes approximately 1–7 working days to complete. For Provisional Certificates, the processing time is approximately 1–3 working days.

This process follows the standard procedures of the office.

No additional fees are charged for expedited processing of educational qualification verification.

Applicants are kindly advised to plan ahead and ensure that all required documents are complete in order to avoid any impact on application timelines.

Remark: The MATRICULATION EXAMINATION results and the MATRICULATION EXAMINATION PASS CERTIFICATE are considered equivalent to Grade 10, and therefore, they cannot be used to request a Provisional Certificate, GPAX, or High School Equivalency Certificate in Thailand, as those are typically based on a Grade 12 level of education.

Applicants from international programs in high school or students from overseas who intend to apply for an international program in TCAS system must submit the proof of high school graduation and grade. However, different international systems have different certificates and grade systems.

The HSCES here will help issuing the equivalence document. There are 3 types of documents.

1. A High School Equivalence Certificate : for applicants who already graduated from high schools.

2. A Provisional Equivalence Certificate : for applicants who are studying in the last semester/term of their high schools.

3. A GPAX Equivalence Certificate : an equivalent to 4.0 grade system for applicants who are studying in the last semester/term

of their high schools as well as the one who are already graduated.

Remarks:

If you have not graduated and need to provide documentation for applications, you generally need to request a Provisional Equivalence Certificate.
After graduated, you generally need to request a High School Equivalence Certificate. This is required for applicants who have completed their high school education.
Please be informed that the HSCES equivalency verification process requires approximately 1–7 business days to complete (1-3 business day for Provisional Certificate). This processing period follows the standard procedure. Applicants are kindly advised to plan ahead and prepare all required documents in advance to avoid any impact on their application.
